A CALL TO A HOTLINE IS ANONYMOUS AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT TELL THE COUNSELOR OR ADVOCATE YOUR NAME OR YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.

"Anonymous" literally means "without a name."
